Perry Sings The Blues

When I sit in with bands, I've NEVER been able to stick to the words. It started in San Francisco in 1987 when I began reading the words off someone's T-shirt while sitting in with a jam session. Each song is made up entirely based on whatever is happening in the room AS it happens. It's purely narrational.

I play lead and rhythm guitar. I am usually the least talented musician in the club. Luckily, the songs seem to always work out funny, in key, on time, and the musicians pander me with compliments. The crowds obviously laugh because they don't know any better.

Some of the musicians I've jammed with are:
The Greg Allman Band, Clarence Clemmons, Mick Fleetwood, Brad Gillis, Sammy Hagar, WAR, and members of Big Brother, The Chris Isaak Band, Great White, Huey Lewis and The News, It's A Beautiful Day, The Jefferson Starship, Night Ranger, The Robert Cray Band, & The Tubes.
